IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order. However, your order will not be processed unless we receive a confirmation from you. Please provide your correct contact number. To proceed your order, our Customer Support team will contact you on the given number to CONFIRM your order. For any inquiries you may contact 0092 301 8904429. Please note that unless we receive a confirmation from you, your order will not be put in production.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Click on the drop-down menu and click on the article of your choice.
Click ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘MY BAG’ link at the top of the page.
Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS SEEN IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, all products are the same unless they are handcrafted in which case there may be a slight difference in the final product.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
You can make a purchase without making an account.
HOW LONG AFTER MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED WILL I RECEIVE MY OUTFIT?

HOW WILL I KNOW MY SIZE?
Please see our Size Chart to understand the measurements for our standard sizes. Please note that sizes can vary according to the cut line.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
We charge PKR 800/- for delivery within Pakistan.
If there are any additional charges that the delivery service or any local authority places on your item(s), we will be sure to inform you in advance.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
We are able to change the size and billing address once an order has been placed, providing that you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will receive a confirmation call from our sales agent to confirm your order.
HOW CAN I PLACE A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?
For local and international clients, we offer bespoke services on all Rema items.
We take walk-ins at the studio, located at Ground Floor, Pace Building, Fortress Stadium, CANTT, Lahore, Pakistan from 11 AM - 6 PM from Monday to Saturday.
We are closed on public holidays.
